Kiley Butler
Founder & CEO
Kiley’s path into AV started with music, playing bass and singing in bands before discovering a passion for the production side of live experiences. That early, on-stage perspective still shapes how he approaches the work today, with a focus on creating environments that feel as good as they function. With more than 24 years in the industry, Kiley has helped build a body of work that spans everything from corporate presentations to large-scale events, supporting clients like St. Jude, FedEx, the Liberty Bowl and venues across the region. As CEO, he leads the administrative and leadership teams, setting the standards and expectations that define the work. Kiley is especially driven by the relationships built along the way, earning trust and becoming a long-term partner clients can rely on. When he’s not working, Kiley enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, being on the water, traveling and staying active in his church.

Ken DeLaughter, CTS
Director of Sales
Ken focuses on solving problems for clients, helping ensure every event or environment delivers a seamless experience for the people in it. He started in AV at just 12 years old when someone let him push a fader, and more than two decades later has built a career rooted in audio, production and client partnership. With a background as an audio engineer, he now works across projects as a producer and problem-solver, bringing both technical knowledge and big-picture thinking to the table. Ken has worked with a wide range of clients, including major nonprofits like St. Jude, artists at all levels and every presidential administration since the 90s. He enjoys the challenge of finding the right solution for each situation, knowing there’s rarely just one way to get it right. After hours, he’s a husband to Katie and a dad to three young kids, which he’ll tell you is a party. Ken also serves as a tech director at his church, enjoys working out and running, and spends any extra time cooking or catching a live show when he can.
Seth Moak

Seth helps turn AV concepts into buildable systems, creating the detailed drawings and plans that guide installation and keep projects moving. He began his career in AV as a church volunteer and now has six years of experience working with audio, video, lighting and control systems. His work has contributed to projects like Freed-Hardeman’s Dryden Auditorium and Munford Veterans Plaza, where precision and coordination are key. Seth enjoys the challenge of making complex components work together in ways that are both creative and necessary. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him at a concert or out on the golf course.

With 10 years of experience, he brings a practical understanding of how systems come together in real-world environments. He’s known for maintaining clear, consistent communication, helping ensure alignment every step of the way. Jonathon especially enjoys partnering with clients to take their vision and turn it into something exceptional. Matt Britt
Senior Systems Designer
Matt builds AV systems designed for quality, performance, ease of use and long-term reliability. He got his start at just 12 years old, helping in the AV booth at his church, and has spent the past 28 years building his expertise across sound, video and lighting. From churches and schools to conferences and performing arts venues, Matt is a trusted designer anywhere a client’s message needs to be seen or heard. He welcomes the challenge of working beyond existing limitations, finding ways to maximize systems, platforms and budgets to deliver more than expected. Outside of work, Matt stays busy with his wife and four daughters, and together they enjoy time outdoors, ballet and, not surprisingly, being involved in music at church.
